It has 1½" Triangle/O-Rings on the front and sides, and a Triangle-Ring on the back, giving it many points of attachment and a lot of versatility. It also features a Locking Roller Buckle, which accepts a padlock but does not need one to stay closed. It is 1¾" wide and adjusts to fit a 13½" to 18" neck.
